I see that you are a union company. Do you only sell to unions?
No, we have built relationships with many unions through out the years based on our ability to source a multitude of authentic USA and Union made products. However, we work with clients from all types of industries.
Do I have to provide you with a logo or can you create one if we need it?
Yes, we have full capability to create a logo from scratch for you or change your existing logo if you like. If you already have one, we can take it and apply it to almost any product.
Do you have samples?
Yes, our showroom is filled with many great ideas. No matter what your project may entail, we can get samples in as well so that you know exactly what you are getting before you order. Most samples we can provide free of charge. There might be a cost associated with actual spec samples with your logo imprinted on it.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time on product orders will always vary depending on the item and availability. We do have rush services available on many items but it's always best to call us and ask. If we can't meet your event date you will know before you place the order.
What are the hottest new products?
Although we are always up to date with new industry promotions and can recommend items that are brand new, we like to take a more strategic approach and learn what it is you are trying to accomplish. Just because a product is cool and new doesn't mean it will be effective and give you a return on your investment. Just like cooking a good meal, you can't do it with one ingredient and you need all the right ingredients to make it come out right. This is the same with promotional products.
