- What's your turnaround time? How soon can I have my order?
- We do our utmost to accommodate our customers' delivery needs. Normal
production time is approximately 10 - 15 working days. Rush service is available.
- Can I get a quote? How much (approximately) will x number of shirts/jackets/caps cost me?
- Each job is unique (i.e. quantity and application), therefore individually quoted.
Our customer service reps are available to quickly respond to your quote request.
- Are you a union shop? Do you sell just to unions?
- Yes, our employees are proud members of UFCW Local 371. We are also a
preferred vendor to unions for their promotional needs. However, our customers
also consist of non-union small businesses and large corporations as well
as state & federal governments.
- Do you sell USA-made products?
- Yes, we have a wide variety of both USA-made promotional products and apparel.
- Can you reproduce our logo?
- Yes, for both screen-printing and embroidery applications.
- Can you create a logo for my company?
- Yes, we can create a unique design for you that will help your company or organization attain recognition.
- I have a budget for my project. Can you suggest items that will be suitable?
- Yes, we have thousands of items in all price ranges to conform to your budget.
- Can I see some samples?
- Our new showroom is opening soon! We would be happy to send
samples to you or have one of our sales associates call on you.
- Can I have a spec sample produced?
- Yes, spec samples are always recommended to finalize approval
prior to production.
